My Training Program
The exact training routine I use and that I have used for years to build muscle effectively.
This program also includes my Anti-Plateau Strength Program, which I've personally used for years to increase my bench max and other strength lifts by more than 100 pounds. And you can apply to any exercise you want to build strength in.
This program not only includes my current routine, but also a bunch of exercises I have done in the past, complete with examples on how to do the exercises, as well as set/rep counts you can use as a template.
