The idea is that after a month of coaching, you’ll have a good understanding of what you need to do to continue to make progress on your own.
If you do want to continue coaching after 1 month, you can simply come back and sign up for another month.
You won't be asked for payment information until after you're accepted.
About me
I used to be the skinny kid
I struggled to put on muscle even after months of going to the gym consistently. That is until I learned how to do it.
I learned that once you know how it all works, building muscle is actually really simple. I was shocked by how fast I made progress once I learned what to do.
Over the years, I've learned how to build muscle, lose fat, and, over time, build my dream physique.
Or in other words, I've learned how to "shapeshift."
